Matisse K. Hanson

After taking photos for about a third of my life, traveling and photo journalism has become a part of my daily routine. Spending time on school work during my senior year while also spending a lot of my time taking photos and traveling was challenging at times. But taking photos for my school yearbook, our sports teams, and other personal projects has been both rewarding and exciting.

Spending a lot of my childhood traveling with my family across the country and the world has definitely changed the way I think about the planet and my role on it. Photography has helped me express my thoughts in an artistic way and I look forward to continuing that journey through life.
